ORANGE CURD

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS :

 

For 3 yoghurt pots

• 2 unwaxed orange zest and juice
• ½ lemon zest
• 4 eggs + 1yolk
• 75 g unsalted butter, cut into cubes


 

PREPARATION :

1. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar.


2. Add beaten eggs, zest and mix.





3. Add orange and lemon juice and mix.


4. Put this mixture in a saucepan and place it over a low heat about 20 minutes, stirring constantly.




5. Put in jars.





6. Keep in the fridge covered until one week.
 







Enjoy with a cup of tea ; )
